The stay was mostly enjoyable, with a comfy bed that made for a restful night, and I appreciated the options at breakfast which included a nice variety. During my time here, I visited the nearby Jardin des Plantes de Poitiers, which was a lovely escape. I was particularly impressed when the staff went the extra mile to help retrieve a toy my family left behind. It's the little things that make a difference!

The room felt spacious with a comfortable bed. Cleanliness stood out. the bathroom was large, and the shower was great. Breakfast exceeded expectations with fresh juice and a good selection. Dinner in the restaurant was pleasantly surprising, with quick service and freshly prepared dishes. the lack of staff at the bar made for a lengthy wait. I faced issues with an unauthorized charge on my card, which took time to resolve. A more attentive reception staff would have helped smooth the process. I had a decent stay but with noticeable service gaps.

Location's outskirts require a car for access to the town, lacking any nearby attractions. The pool remained closed, deemed too early in the season, and cleanliness raised concerns.
